Our Mystic Heart Retreat will be held in a magnificent 4-level villa overlooking the Costa Rican jungle and the Grand Pacific located in Manuel Antonio.

This retreat’s focus is Svatantrya, our inherent boundless freedom and radiant aliveness that each of us has unlimited access to. Through our time together, and our practices, we will move beyond our self-perceived limitations and smallness, and leave uplifted and transformed to re-enter our lives with

Our outdoor covered practice space sits as high in the sky as the birds fly. With a little luck, we may catch the morning macaw's flying by.

We’ll gather and practice asana, contemplation and meditation. And let’s not forget we’ll swim in the healing waters of the Pacific, listen to the monkeys, and watch the resident sloth as it hangs out in the trees reminding us to slow the heck down.
